The process
Fleet walk-through
We list every truck with its make, hours and condition. We also note how hard each one works. Two identical trucks on different shifts rarely need the same interval.
Schedule and scope
We set the interval for each truck. We agree up front what every visit includes and what it costs, so the invoice holds no surprises.

A technician services each truck on site at the agreed interval. We work around your shifts where we can.

1 How often will you service each truck?
Each truck’s service interval follows its hours and duty cycle, not the calendar. A truck running two shifts in a dusty yard needs service far more often than one used a few hours a week on a clean floor. We set the interval truck by truck at the walk-through. Then we adjust it as the hour meters show how hard each one works.
2 Do you cover makes you do not sell?
Yes, the agreement covers all major makes. Most fleets are mixed after a few years of buying. One agreement for every truck in the building is usually worth more than a slightly cheaper rate on one brand.
3 Are repairs included in the agreement?
No, the agreement covers the scheduled inspection and service. Repairs found during a visit are quoted from the inspection findings. We do them only after you approve them. That keeps the scheduled cost predictable, and nothing is done without your say-so.
4 Does a maintenance agreement replace the daily operator check?
No, a maintenance agreement does not replace the daily operator check. OSHA 1910.178 requires every truck to be examined each day before it is placed in service. That check stays with the operator. Planned maintenance is the deeper scheduled service on top of it. The visit records show the fleet is being looked after between those daily checks.
