Cushion is the indoor truck and pneumatic is the outdoor one. That is the decision in one line. Cushion tires are solid rubber pressed onto the wheel. That sits the truck lower and makes it shorter, so it turns tighter and fits under lower door openings. Pneumatic tires are taller and filled with air or solid material. They give ground clearance and tread for rough surfaces.

A cushion-tire truck can cross a smooth, well-kept dock apron, but it cannot work on gravel, broken asphalt or an unfinished yard. It has almost no ground clearance and no cushioning. The truck bottoms out, the tires wear fast, and the operator feels every bump through the seat. If any real part of the job is outdoors, buy pneumatic.

Electric is the better choice in most buildings. It has no exhaust, runs quieter and costs much less to run. Cushion IC earns its place in three cases. The duty cycle may leave no time to charge. The capacity you need may be above what electric offers at a sensible cost. Or your fleet already runs LP, and one fuel is worth more than the running-cost saving.
